The Corridor Kit is a unique kit that
quickly establishes corridors for
moving entire herds at once to a grazing paddock wherever it has been
established.
The Corridor Kit's Standard Winch Corner reel is wound with
660 feet (1/8 mile) of
1/2" white polytape, or the Oversized reel contains 1320 feet (1/4
mile) of the same polytape.
The Corridor Kit is comprised of two Winch Corners of either size,
adequate lineposts, two Standard Corners to act as redirecting Corners
(assumption is the end of the Corridor wire will be attached to whatever
it is headed for), and four jumper connectors to
connect at either or both ends to existing electric fencing.
The two
reels are set to run parallel to each other at any appropriate distance
apart to create a driving corridor.
For those who are comfortable controlling
grazing with a single strand of polytape, this Corridor
Kit can be used in that way for controlling very large areas, and makes
the job extraordinarily fast and easy.
Another excellent use for this kit is creating a very long,
single-strand grazing barrier, which can permit grazing grasses that
routinely accumulate in front of hazardous areas (farm equipment and junk
pile rows) but normally cannot be fenced and therefore are often not
grazed.

Note
the two Corridor Kit Winch Corners in this photo. This new corridor
was just set up, so Annette is leading the first horse through, . . .

.
. . for the herd to safely follow.

And
in the evening, the entire herd drives easily through the Grazier Corridor
back to the dry lot.
